I understand that participation in Dharma Dreams Vocational Center’s Summer Programs involves hands-on activities, including but not limited to landscaping, painting, light carpentry, and use of tools and equipment. While safety protocols and supervision are provided, I acknowledge that participation involves inherent risks, including minor injuries such as cuts, scrapes, falls, or muscle strain.

I confirm that my young adult is physically and emotionally able to participate in summer program activities and will follow all safety instructions provided by staff.

I agree to release, waive, and hold harmless Dharma Dreams Vocational Center, its directors, staff, volunteers, and affiliates from any liability for injury, illness, loss, or damage arising from participation in the program, except in cases of gross negligence.

In the event of a medical emergency, I authorize Dharma Dreams Vocational Center to seek appropriate medical treatment for my young adult and understand that I am responsible for any associated costs.

I understand that this summer program is a vocational exposure and skills program and is not a therapeutic, clinical, or job placement service.

I agree to support the program’s structured and respectful environment and understand that repeated unsafe behavior may result in dismissal from our introductory summer programming without refund.
