​Help a young adult (18–26) with learning challenges find a future-ready path in landscaping or painting. They will also learn more about life skills, entrepreneurship, summer internships, and daily mind-body support for a well-rounded, holistic approach.

​FAQs

When do I get paid?

​Within 60 days after the student is accepted, signs the enrollment agreement, and pays the deposit.

Is there a limit?

Referrals are credited to the first person who submits a valid lead. You can refer more than one student; if a person earns >$600 in a calendar year, we may request a W-9 before issuing additional rewards.

Who can participate?

Community members, families, partners. Current DDVC employees/contractors may be ineligible.

How do you track my referral?

We use a date and time stamp from the referral data entry form. 

What if I’m not sure a student is a fit?

Refer them anyway—we’ll connect and help the family decide.

Can the student/family reach out first?

​Yes. Select “I Was Referred” and list your referrer’s name/email or code—we’ll credit them.
